• Manufacturing microbiological test:

Every lot is tested to control that the products have not been infected during the manufacturing process by any infectious agent such as various bacteria and fungus.

Those tests are always led by an independent laboratory to ensure the objectivity of the results.

  • Challenge test:

The challenge consists of voluntarily including bacteria and fungus in a product that does not contain any. This allows to observe what would happen with infectious agents in the contaminated product.

Three evolutions are possible:

1: infectious agents grow; the challenge test is negative; the product is dangerous.

2: the infectious agents stay still in the same quantity and proportions; the challenge test is, again, negative; the product is dangerous.

3: the quantity of bacteria and fungus decreases; the challenge test is positive; the product can be used with no danger.

Those tests are always led by an independent laboratory to ensure the objectivity of the results.

From the first two days of the test, you can notice a dizzying fall of the infectious agents that were introduced in our products.

During the next 26 days, you can notice that no bacteria nor fungus grow in the products.

Challenge test passed!

  • Stability and preservation test

The stability test allows to learn how long a FYSI product can be conserved in your house without losing its initial properties.

 This test also allows to know if there is any incompatibility between the product and its packaging (migration, permeability, etc.)

 This test is performed by putting the product in its packaging in an incubator at 45 CELSIUS degrees for a period of 3 months.

Every ten days, the products are being controlled in order to determinate any change that could occur in the nature of the tested products.
